Spot a Cheating Spouse by Personal Investigation
If your spouse is acting strangely, such as she wearing a new perfume, coming home late, or she is suddenly slimmer than before. Yes, you are probably wearing a green hat. Out from work and sports, you should spend more time listening to your gut. If you are not sure but want to know about what your spouse is doing, you can arrange a personal investigation. Here, there are three ways to help you find out the truth.
The first way is monitoring their computer and phone activities to gain proof. In modern times, we have found that majority of spouses use the Internet and mobile phone as the means of cheating, communicating with the cheater. Check the records your spouse leave carefully, including phone number and bank accounts. However, be careful here. Joint accounts are obviously fine, but your cheating spouse has likely been hiding her philandering ways in a separate account. Please check the privacy laws in your state for more information on what is allowed and not. She could slap you with a suit if you break the law because of your jealous rage. Remember, if this thing goes to court, you want the judge--or jury--on your side.
The second way for personal investigation is observing her daily behavior. She may stay out late at night, show new items in your home, decrease in the level of intimacy and change reactions. All of these are the sign your spouse may be cheating. Make a record, which will be the useful evidences.
The third way is a most valid way- Hire a personal investigator. The personal investigator will follow your spouse and take pictures if necessary. If you find out your spouse is cheating and won't admit to it, it's time to end the relationship.

When The One You Love Leaves You For Another
You wanted to be her hero. You wanted to show her that all men aren't dogs. You wanted to show her that you're a good man. You wanted to be to him what she wasn't. You wanted to show him that you're a good woman. That he can trust you. Then you look up one day and she's back with her ex. And despite the passionate words and kisses he gave you that made your head light and your heart melt, he leaves you for someone else.
Nobody likes to be left. It sucks. Regardless of what age you are or your station in life, it still hurts like heck when you've given your time and your energy--staying up until 2:00 in the morning listening to their somebody-done-me-wrong song--only to be left for another.
I feel you, I really do. But could it be possible that the person who left you wasn't at fault? Okay, okay, before you throw a book at me, just take a deep breath and listen. I'm not saying that it was okay that you were left or that you deserved it. No, not at all. When someone is hurting, it is inherent in men to seek to problem solve and women to nurture. We certainly don't need to change that, but we do need to infuse what's natural with some often overlooked truths.
Truth: A wounded person is...well...wounded. Wounded people seek pain relief. And moreover, wounded people are too consumed with their own emotional discomfort to see you as anything other than Tylenol.
I remember liking a guy who didn't know that I liked him. Rather than make my feelings known, I stood back. When the opportunity presented itself, I thought, "okay, he's not attached anymore, here's my chance." We dated. I doted. Then the shock to my heart--ole boy up and got married. I was devastated.
In retrospect, I didn't understand the time nor the season he was in. I didn't understand that gratitude and preference are two different things. A vulnerable man or woman may respond sexually or romantically to your attentiveness. A love interest may say "thank you" and truly appreciate you being there, but if your motivation is the hope that they'll choose you, you are setting yourself up for a big disappointment. I didn't understand that. Think about it, if anyone is in enough pain, he will take a whole lot of pain reliever. Then after he's done hurting, it goes right back on the shelf.
Please pass the Tylenol; don't BE the Tylenol. Until you understand this, you'll put yourself in one compromising position after another. I certainly did. Anger, disillusionment or depression always followed: I'd make him out to be the bad guy. I felt spurned. Thank God, as Iyanla Vanzant put it, "one day my soul just opened up." I became aware of a simple yet powerful truth--no one commits to the pain reliever. I had to change.
This is where it gets tricky. Most of us think that changing means isolation. We isolate from the source of our pain. We write off the ones who hurt us and keep getting up to the next person. We might even create situations so that we can leave them; or worst, shut ourselves down so that no other man or woman will EVER hurt us again. In my opinion, this is the ultimate cop out.
You have to own your part. You have to take responsibility for what you did. If the truth be told, you had a hidden agenda. Convincing this person that you were what he needed was your motivation. You only gave to get. So who's at fault? Who was using whom? Who was taking an unfair advantage? Let's get down to the real. Wounded people seek relief from other wounded people. At the most, you were using each other. He was seeking pain relief. You were seeking validation.
Another important truth: Need often masquerades as love. Need can invoke the same intense feelings, thoughts and desires. So how do you tell the difference? Need desires to satisfy itself above all else where love puts the well-being of the other person at the forefront.
With this in mind, take my advice: Don't look to another person, wounded or otherwise, for validation. Give yourself the attention that you desire.

Exactly How Your Cheating Girlfriend is Getting Away With It
So, you think your girlfriend is cheating. But you can't catch her!
You know there is someone else. She's evasive, but she covers it up with a lot of sweetness. When you say you suspect, she cools you down and tells you how much she loves you. She's not unfaithful - you're just paranoid.
How does she keep getting away with it?
Many times, the victim of a cheater will know what is happening. They have a gut feeling that tells them their partner is up to no good. They might even have some evidence that points to what the cheater is doing behind their back.
But they will sweep it all under the rug and pretend they don't know! Is that what your girlfriend is doing to you?
A cheater will have their fun, and then they will come home and do damage control. If you tell your girlfriend you suspect something, or if you confront her and ask her point-black where she has been, she will probably put on a sad front.
She will ask you why you don't trust her. She will say she's been faithful to you. She might even provide instances where she COULD have cheated. Where she was offered the CHANCE. But she didn't take it. See how much she loves you?
A cheating girlfriend is a master of psychological warfare. She will tell you one thing while she does another. She will turn on the charm, take you to bed, make love to you until you think everything is okay. Then she will go about her merry way and do it all again!
If you dare to question her, you're the one in the wrong. If you have that gut feeling about what she's doing behind your back, you're paranoid. And if you spy on her, well - you're just looking for a way out of a good relationship!
Beware of the girlfriend who tries to soothe things over with affection. She will try to make you run on emotion, not on logic. She will hide her cheating behind a pouty facade and make you believe you might be going crazy. How could you blame such an innocent person for something so terrible?
Don't let her play you anymore! She's using your libido and your heart against you. Watch for the signs, and when you see them, don't let her weasel her way out of them. Get the rock-solid proof so that you can confront her.
But how do you start? How can you get the proof?

The Best Way to End an Affair in the Office
Affairs in the office are a very messy thing. Perhaps you have realized what you are risking. You could lose your relationship with your spouse, you could lose your job and in the end have nothing to show for some brief thrills with a co-worker. The rewards sometimes do not outweigh the potential costs of having an affair. So then how do you end it? This is a tough question as many times you may feel more connected with the person at work then you do with your own spouse. However there are some ways that you can end the affair and try to make a clean break and try to get your life back on track.
The first tip to end an affair is to keep it short and simple. Simply explain that you want to keep your marriage and you are sorry for this affair and leading the other person down the wrong path. I would not go into too much detail as to why this relationship would not work out. The shorter and simpler you can keep it the best it will be for both parties.
The second tip is to make sure that you keep this breakup out of the office. The office is there for work and not for workplace drama. Keep the drama out of the office as much as possible. If the boss did not suspect you were having an affair then surely breaking up at the office will give him or her the tip off. That is never a good thing and it could mean that you both will end up losing your jobs.
The third tip is to make sure you make it clear that this is final. Do not give any hope that the other worker will have any hope of having an connection again. Not only are ending the affair but you are also ending the relationship in total. It is final decision and you need to make this abundantly clear so that there is no hurt feelings down the road. No level of flirting or hysterics can ever get you back.
The final tip is always be kind to the other person. Give them time they need to cope with what was said. Space is needed at this time. Eventually you may be even friendly with one another again but make sure you emphasize your boundaries and never to cross them as that is simply unacceptable to you. Also always make sure your interactions at work are only professional and never try to interact outside of work. If you know the other person is going to be at an office party then sometimes it is best to avoid the situation completely and not attend.
The decision to end an office affair is often a hard one. But really most of the time this is the right decision to make. The risk is just too much and the rewards are often too little to make it worth your while.

What Can I Do When Catch A Cheating Spouse?
So, sadly, something has happened in your relationship, some alarm bell has gone off for you. It may be a suspect online chatting, phone call, the fact they are working late - again, or just that awful feeling in the pit of the stomach that tells you something is wrong.
Often when suspicion arises, you can't quite nail down the truth and get the facts in order to corner the issue and get everything out in the open. Only then can you make the next move and take the next steps which would either result in reconciliation, or starting over a new love life.
Having a suspicion with a hard ideological struggle, this maybe one of the most painful things that happen in a relationship. Instead of disbelieving, why not to make some trace and find the truth?
It can however be tough to prove your partner is lying to you, but spy software can be your best weapon to protect yourself with when dealing with a wayward lover.
Sound crazy but true fact is in fact.
The following Spy software are recommended for catching a cheating spouse:

Understanding the Marine Corps ASVAB Test
No matter what part of the military when you win you are under the same entrance test - armed service vocational aptitude test of the ASVAB. However, the way in which each service branch of the score you get on the ASVAB test a little 'differently, and the Navy is no exception.
The Marine Corps must be registered ASVAB is a 32 on the AFQT test. The score on the AFQT scores from the word knowledge, paragraph comprehension, mathematicsKnowledge and arithmetic reasoning subtest, and if you
Score at least a 32, do not qualify for entry into the Marine Corps.
If you have a GED instead of a school, the AFQT score requirement is 50, but the Marines are an office of service more acceptable to the recruits as GED is five to ten percent each year, the recruiting class (as opposed to less than one percent for the Air Force). But note that a minimum AFQT score50 is required to qualify for incentive programs like enlistment bonuses, the Marine Corps College Fund, and the Geographic Area of Choice Program.
The Marines also have fairly liberal retest rules and retests are authorized if, considering an applicant's experience, training, or education, their score doesn't appear to truly reflect their true capability. However, a retest cannot be requested solely to attempt to qualify a recruit for an incentive program.
As for Marine Corps line scores, there are only three:
Electronics (EL)
General Science (GS) + Arithmetic Reasoning (AR) + Mathematics Knowledge (MK) + Electronic Information (EI)
General Technical (GT)
Verbal Expression (VE) + Arithmetic Reasoning (AR)
Mechanical Maintenance (MM)
General Science (GS) + Auto & Shop Information (AS) + Mathematics Knowledge (MK) + Mechanical Comprehension (MC)

Dwight Eisenhower - One of the Most Inspirational Presidents of All Time
Often called one of the top ten U.S. Presidents, Dwight Eisenhower played a major role in so many different areas of the United States throughout both his time as president as well as his military leadership throughout his lifetime. A very strong rooted person, Eisenhower held two very peaceful terms during his presidency, even though the road leading up to that point was steeped in both World Wars. Eisenhower was born on October 14, 1890 in Texas, and raised in a religious household. When he graduated from high school, he aided the family in putting one of his brother's college education until 1911, when enrolled at West Point. From there, he began a glowing military career.
During World War I, he and George S. Patton became friends and constantly discussed tank warfare and strategies. It wasn't long before he was promoted to the executive officer under General Fox Conner in the Panama Canal where he studied military history and theory and cited throughout his own military career that Conner was one of the most influential people on his military thinking. From there, he attended the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, where he graduated first in his class of 245 officers. During the late 20's and early 30's, as his friends left the military, he stayed in and served in several different positions. He was the chief military aide to General Douglas MacArthur and traveled with him to the Philippines. He is often cited as helping provide a valuable preparation for those that were to deal with the challenging personalities of George S. Patton, Bernard Law Montgomery and Winston Churchill during the second World War. He continued to rise in the military ranks until World War II found him appointed as the Commanding General for the European Theater of Operations based in London. He then was appointed the Supreme Commander Allied Expeditionary Force of the North African Theater of Operations, where he was responsible over the capitulation of Axis forces in North Africa, the invasion of Sicily and the Italian mainland. He continued to serve and oversee the battle of Normandy as well as man other battles until the end of the war in Europe. For his service, he was promoted to General of the Army.
After WWII, he was responsible for the documentation of the Nazi concentration camps, dealing with the German POW's as well as helping the world see that the German people were victims of the Nazis, just like the rest of the world had been and not villains. He then was promoted to the Chief of Staff of the Army, where he oversaw the demobilization of millions of soldiers all over the world. He also advised Truman about the Soviets and supported the newly formed United Nations. After a brief stent as the President of Columbia University, he published his memoirs: Crusade in Europe, which is cited by critics as one of the finest U.S. military memoirs. After this, a movement in the Republican party managed to persuade him into his best known role, the 34th President of the United States.
During his time as President, he did so many different things that affect the way that we live in the United States today. He created the Interstate Highway System that was justified through the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1965. These highways were designed to help evacuate large cities in the case of war, as the Cold War with Russia was flaring up. It would also aid in getting military vehicles placed throughout the country if need be.
He also authorized the CIA to overthrow Iran's first democratically elected government and signed into force the Eisenhower Doctrine, which would prepare the U.S. to use armed force to counter any aggression from any country that was controlled by international communism in the Middle East. While many Middle Eastern countries did not approve of this doctrine, he signed it anyway, and stated that the U.S. would send economic and military aid to other Middle Eastern countries and help to stop the spread of communism.
When the French asked for Eisenhower's help in French Indochina against the communists there that were fighting the First Indochina war in 1953, he sent his friend, Lt. General John W. "Iron Mike" O'Daniel to Vietnam to study the forces there. He also appointed five different supreme court judges that would help to shape some major decisions throughout the history of the United States, and he admitted both Alaska and Hawaii into the United States as the 49th and 50th states.
Even after he left office, his legacy, influence, and inspiration are still felt throughout the world. From the changes that he made to policy during and after the wars he was involved in to the shaping of the United States as a nation, his Presidency is often seen as conservative yet extremely productive. He ended several wars, helped to deter others, and aided in promoting peace and humanitarian efforts throughout the world. He even created People to People International, which is based on his belief that citizen interaction throughout the world would promote a better cultural interaction and help aid world peace.
Many presidents and military leaders have cited his influence and inspiration throughout their lives, their jobs, strategies, and more, which have helped to shape modern warfare tactics as well as some of the intricate policies that govern how we live today.

Military High Schools For Boys
When you hear the words military high school, you already know it is a high school that has a military element to it. Most people know all about high school as the place where students work their way into colleges or universities. In these military high schools, there are a variety of subjects to choose from including math, sciences and liberal arts. There are also various types of clubs that students can join such as sports, debate and drama.
In military high schools, the students are required to wear uniform and take part in parades unlike the normal high schools. The students in this kind of environment are referred to as cadets and have ranks where the senior students are chosen as leaders. Some of the subjects that are included in their curriculum are directly related to the kind of subjects taught in the military but this will vary depending on the branch the school is associated with. A military high school that has a bias towards the air force can offer aeronautical science in its curriculum.
These high schools often associate themselves with branches of the armed forces like the navy, air force or the marines. Students who want to get into careers with particular branches of the armed forces often select the high school that suits their ambition. A student who attends military high school is under no obligation to be part of the army after graduation.
These schools usually have hundreds of students both male and female and not all of them are interested in joining the army. The schools often have both cadets and civilians. The cadets that are found in military high schools are from other states and other countries while the civilian students are usually from the local state.
The track records of the various military schools are often easy to find. This makes it easy to decide on the school to join by looking at how many have graduated and the results that they get. It is also possible to get information about how many of them went to college and the particular college they attended. The records on the number of students who went on to join the armed forces are also available.
There is adequate assistance for students who need help in the military schools. This usually applies to those international students who may have a problem with English and therefore need extra tuition.
In most military high schools, you will find a post-high school college on campus. This means it easy for students who actually want to join the armed forces to move to a military college within the same campus after graduation.
The staff members in the military high schools are very well qualified. More than ninety percent of them have advanced degrees. This means that the students in the military high schools are exposed to a high achieving environment that ensures that they get into the best colleges and universities in the state and across the country.

Military Helicopter Pilot Careers
A career flying military helicopters offers excitement, challenge, and adventure. Military helicopter missions include transporting troops and equipment, anti-submarine warfare, troop helicopter escort, anti-armor, reconnaissance, and inserting/extracting special operations personnel.
The US Army is the largest operator of helicopters within the US military. A career as an Army Aviator will give you access to some of the most advanced helicopters in the world. Army aviators fly AH-64 Apache attack helicopters, AH-1 Cobra attack helicopters, CH-47 Chinook heavy lift helicopters, UH-60 Black Hawk utility helicopters, OH-47 Kiowa scout/light attack helicopters and the MH-6/AH-6 Loach special operations helicopters.
The US Navy uses helicopters for a wide variety of missions. Pilots who fly SH-60 Sea Hawks track submarines. MH-53 Sea Stallion pilots detect and clear mines in advance of ship traffic. Navy helicopter pilots who fly CH-46 Sea Knights specialize in transporting personnel and equipment.
The US Marine Corps uses the helicopter extensively. In fact the Marines invented and developed vertical envelopment warfare (using helicopters to rapidly move troops to key tactical and strategic positions). The AH-1Z Cobra is used to provide support to Marines on the ground. The CH-46 Sea Knight is used for tactical assaults and the CH-53E Super Sea Stallion is used for heavy lift. The Marines also fly a modernized version of the UH-1 Huey, a helicopter made famous during the Vietnam War, on utility and VIP missions.
The US Air force uses HH-60 Blackhawks for combat search and rescue and MH-53E Super Stallions for deep insertions and extractions of special operations troops.
Though not technically a member of the US armed forces, Coast Guard Aviators have a strong history of flying and fighting alongside the US military in times of conflict. The Coast Guard's primary roles are homeland security, law enforcement and search and rescue. They fly three types of helicopters. The HH-65 Dauphin is a short-range rescue helicopter. The HH-60 Jay Hawk is a medium/long range rescue helicopter and the MH-68 Stingray is an armed interdiction aircraft.
Military helicopter pilots have very rewarding careers. They fly with and support some of the best people this nation has to offer. The road to a career as a military helicopter pilot isn't easy but it's certainly within reach of anyone who has the commitment and the desire to succeed.

Laser Dazzlers - Non Lethal Laser Weapons Used by Military and Law Enforcement Personnel
Ever since 1995 when the United Nations banned all weapons that were designed to blind, armed services and law enforcement agencies have been looking into the use of laser dazzlers.
According to Wikipedia a laser dazzler is "a type of a directed-energy weapon employing intense visible light, usually generated by a laser (laser dazzler). It is a non-lethal weapon intended to cause temporary blindness or disorientation."
In the US the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the Department of Justice have both sponsored research into the development and use of laser dazzlers. Using funds from DARPA the first laser dazzler, a 300 milliwatt hand held green laser, was developed in 1996 and later used by the US Department of Defense.
The laser dazzler is similar in size and weight to a heavy duty flashlight or torch and is now used by both the military and law enforcement agents around the world. Laser dazzlers are currently being used in both Iraq and Afghanistan. The laser dazzler is used mainly to distract and disorient opponents from a safe distance and reduce casualties.
The laser dazzler works in two ways. The first way is to temporary blind a person with strong over powering pulses of green light that temporarily ruin a person's vision over stimulate their visual centers. The second way is to use the pulsed effect to interfere or scramble the magnetic signals sent to the brain and cause disorientation by over stimulation of the brain.
Laser dazzlers effective both during the day and night and can be used at very close range with out any risk of causing permanent damage to a persons vision.

The Life Skills Video Games Can Offer
Is it possible that computer and video games have something positive and constructive to offer, and that rather than being a social menace which parents should be afraid of, they are in fact contributing a good deal to the development of the next generation?
Certainly there is no doubt whatever that the children of today will be living in a technological society, with computers and technical equipment part of everyday lifestyle. Although we're pretty much at that stage now, many of us have either witnessed the introduction and steady development and integration of computer technology into our lives, or have experienced a world before computers came along, and have seen the world and our lives slowly taken over by electronic gadgets that seem to be far cleverer than we are. Children of today will grow up never knowing a world without mobile phones, satellite technology, worldwide file and information sharing and exchange, instant video communications with anyone, anywhere anytime, and although this idea might seem surreal to us, almost as though something from a science fiction novel, for our children it will be their reality.
In which case it is important for us to accept this change, and try to see a way in which our children can be adjusted to, and deal effectively with not only the technology around them, but also each other. Social skills, people skills and personal characteristics are always going to be important, and no one can live on an island with oinly a computer to keep them company. At the end of the day, it is not the computers which run society, but a combination of the people who design and program them, and the people who use them in their lives. Computers are, always have been, and will continue to be machines, tools, used by real people doing real jobs.
So what do computer and video games have to do with this brave new world? If you examine carefully the range of games available, you may simple assume that the games industry is owned by the US military or some other armed force, since so many games seem to involve military tactics, and the conquering or annihilation of the opposing force. Whilst this is an unfair generalisation, there certainly are many games which take the idea of battles and wars as their basis. One could argue that old games such as Battleships, even Chess, are about battles and armed forces - just a little simpler and easier to grasp.
But the point is that many of the games available necessarily require players to understand, learn and develop skills which have a great deal of value in the real world. Skill such as teamwork, coordination, planning, devising and implementing strategies, logistics, problem solving and even budgeting all come in to play - life skills which, whilst they can be taught in other ways, are not the main focus of any educational curriculum. Yet no one would deny the value of those skills. Perhaps gaming can become part of the curriculum at school in the future, allowing children to develop life skills through video games?

UN - Stricter Measures Against Children Soldiers Readied
As the number of reported cases of children soldiers in countries wrought by armed conflict increases, the U.N. Council recently warned of setting stricter measures against military organizations that encourage such activities. But the announcement was quite strange since the U.N. has no firm pledge on what possible sanctions may be imposed to the violators.
Secretary General Ban Ki-moon should somehow lay down the cards on how to protect children getting recruited in nations experiencing armed conflict or the practice will continue killing ill-prepared young children and wasting their lives in the war.
In a recent report, Ban cited 58 groups in 13 countries participating in armed conflict. Most of them are in Asia and Africa, whose soldiers are children and are allowed to join in live encounter. Such government armies included Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Myanmar, Somalia and Sudan, including rebel groups.
Ban said as things get worse, more children are being abused in warfare and the Security Council must have an iron fist in stopping such activities that victimize the innocent minds of the adolescents.
He added the armies and other military groups deploying children fighters should be penalized by banning ammunitions and other military assistance. Other financial assistance may also be restricted if they will not stop using children as their warriors.
The Council already expressed the desire to review the former provisions regarding children being involved in armed conflict and what measures can be done.
In the latest records of Unicef, there were some 250,000 children soldiers worldwide. But critics were saying this number may not be the total population since many were left unrecorded.
As debates progress on the issue of children soldiers in the Council, many provisions have yet to be discussed as to how the implementation of the sanctions will be and if all nations affected by armed conflict are willing to cooperate.
This is indeed an issue of importance that should be given immediate plan of action.

What to Expect in Police Recruitment
Joining the police force is unlike any other career move. Police recruitment methods are entirely different to any other type of recruitment - apart, perhaps from the military or government positions. Most recruitment methods are fairly straightforward. Employers advertise for staff either through a recruitment agency or by advertising in newspapers, job centres and shop windows. While initial police recruitment may involve some sort of advertisement the recruitment process is far more complicated. Just because you obtain an initial interview does not necessarily mean that you are a suitable candidate.
Police recruitment often involves evaluating candidates' psychological responses and their personalities. Different forces will have their own ways of undertaking these tests but most will, nevertheless, involve this type of testing. The police will also want to test whether the candidate will abide by the police ethical code. It is now preferred that prospective candidates for the police force have a college degree. Don't expect police recruitment procedures to be the same everywhere you go. Some agencies will require different education qualifications to others. In the US candidates with a college degree would get preference because it is believed that this educational qualification means they have a better understanding of the issues facing the country. It is also believed that greater educational qualifications also mean that the candidate will have a better understanding of human rights and equality issues.
Another thing that will vary between departments is the physical requirements. Those involved in police recruitment often prefer candidates over a certain height and below a certain weight. Most departments would also expect candidates to undergo a full medical before they are offered training as a police officer. Physical fitness is generally a requirement for joining the force. There are a number of other factors affecting police recruitment, for example if a person has been convicted of a felony as an adult then this would generally disqualify them. People with a drink or drug habit would also not be considered as suitable candidates. Some departments would also disqualify candidates if they have a poor credit rating.
In the UK police recruitment begins with an application form and this is one way of filtering out people who might not make suitable police officers. Once candidates have successfully completed these forms they are then put through a rigorous testing process to assess their suitability for the job. Candidates who pass these tests successfully will then be put through a probationary training period which is also the final selection process in police recruitment. Research suggests that out of all potential candidates for joining the police only one out of seven will pass all the rigorous testing first time.

Degrees For Soldiers Helps Veterans Find Perfect School For New GI Bill
The Montgomery GI Bill was introduced to the United States after World War II. It was offered to veterans of the war to get a college education. It also provided a number of different loans. The bill did not age well, though, and did not keep up with rising college costs. This put strain on the veterans because the bill became outdated, and it was extremely challenging to go to school and work at the same time. Working was still necessary to pay for cost of living since the bill only covered the education portion. Our government is now making it a little better for those who serve in the armed forces.
As of August 1, 2009, veterans will now be able to take advantage of a new GI Bill which is called the Post-9/11 GI Bill. The eligibility requirements are simple: you are eligible if you have served a minimum of 90 days on active duty after September 10, 2001 with very few exceptions. The benefits are tiered so that the more you serve the better the benefits become.
The benefits clearly reflect how much we appreciate our veterans and rightfully so. The following benefits assume that a person is in the top-benefiting tier. Veterans may have 100% tuition and fees covered, a monthly living stipend for housing, up to $1,000 for books and supplies, a one time relocation allowance and the option to transfer benefits to a family member.
There are a couple of requirements in order to transfer benefits to a dependent family member (spouse and children). After August 1, 2009, veterans who have served 6 years in the military and agree to serve at least another 4 years may pass their benefits to dependents. The spouse or dependent must also be enrolled in the Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System (DEERS).
95% of the military is composed of high school graduates. This is a great time for our veterans to return to school and take advantage of their intelligence.

Gift Baskets For Military
Gift baskets are the perfect gift for just about anyone and for just about any occasion and the men and women serving in our armed forces love receiving gift baskets from home. Being remember on their birthday, an anniversary, Mothers' Day or Fathers' Day or just because is as important to the person in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps or National Guard deployed or stationed some where in the U.S. as it is to anyone who is away from home.
The gift basket you choose to send to someone actively serving in the military may differ greatly from one you might otherwise choose for them. For example, sending a large box of assorted chocolates to someone stationed in the desert, may not be such a good idea. A better choice would be a bag of hard candies like peppermint or butterscotch. A two pound bag of assorted hard candies is not only a sweet treat but it can be shared.
Foods that can be prepared with little effort are also appreciated. Instant oatmeal, little boxes of cereal, Raman noodles, and powdered drink mixes are good choices. I suggest that packages of items like instant oatmeal be taken out of their boxes and placed in your gift basket individually. The extra packaging adds weight and volume to your finished product.
How you prepare your gift basket for shipping is very important. I recommend that you do not use a basket but that you use a gift box. A basket, especially one with a handle, is more difficult to work with than a box, both in positioning the gift items and in packaging for shipping. Some gift shops carry boxes of various colors and designs that are really nice. You will want to pack the heavier gift items on the bottom of the box. Don't send anything that can be crushed like bags of chips or pretzels and bottles of liquids should also be avoided. Place the items in the box as if you were working on a jig saw puzzle. Fit them together as closely as you can without crushing them. This will minimize shifting during shipment. I can't guarantee that everything will arrive in perfect condition, but using extra care in product placement will increase the chances.
Once you have your gift box completed, place it inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard shipping box. The shipping box should be large enough so that the gift box is cushioned by an inch or two of packing material on the bottom and on all side. Then finish filling the shipping box to the top with packing material. Use good strong packaging tape to seal the shipping box, top and bottom.
Clearly print the name and address of the recipient on the box itself as well as on any forms that you need to attach.

How to Choose a Recurve Bow
The recurve bow is a weapon and hunting tool that has been around for many years. Though it has a classic design and does not rely heavily on advanced technology, many hunters and archers prefer a recurve bow. They require a certain level of skill in order to master a shot and true archers enjoy the challenge that a recurve bow offers. For hunting purposes they are nice and light and give the archer the chance to really connect with the shot like a compound bow can't.
When choosing a recurve bow, whether for the first time or as a replacement, it's important to take the time to find the bow that works best for you. Determining the draw length is a great place to start as this will be different for everyone, based on the length of your arm span. Generally speaking, your arm span will be about equal to your height, so this will give you a good number to work with, but for the most accuracy, measure your arm span.
Once you have measured and know the draw length, you will want to focus on draw weight. This simply refers to the amount of force that it will take for you to pull the bowstring back fully. Depending on if you want a bow for hunting or for target shooting, this will change the amount of draw weight that you would require. For target shooting, 25 to 50 pounds will be sufficient, but for hunting large game, you will need to go higher.
Next time you are in the market for a new recurve bow, make sure to be prepared, knowing how much draw weight and draw length that you required. Armed with that information will help you to compare models and make an informed decision based on the facts.

Never Pay Retail Again
With times the way they are, and seemingly no end in sight, you must do everything possible to save money on groceries, gas, and all other basic necessities. Consumers are a lot smarter today, and are armed with an incredible amount of knowledge that they never had before. And you can note how many ways there are to save money of you do your homework.
Not only is it a good idea to scour the web for the best possible price,it is something you must do for yourself, your family, and their future. Comparison shopping, haggling, discount coupons and codes are all ways to get similar goods and services, while cutting back on your spending. Look for websites that include the coupon codes for major retailers. When you find a code, copy it and paste it into a box when you check out with your purchase on the web.
Large coupon websites have over 150,000 coupon offers and 90,000 coupon codes. All you need is the time and energy to go through it all and download the offers you want. According to a recent survey, 63% of all people asked said that they would not make a purchase, if there was no deal attached. You can see from this information how the trends are going in general consumer behavior.
You must make every effort to find the hidden discounts and coupons on the internet. It is far more productive that getting the Sunday newspaper, clipping out the coupons, and then leaving them in a desk drawer, never to be taken advantage of.
You have to have the mindset that you will never pay retail again. While it is easier, and does not require any effort, you are wasting money that you could spend on your family or even yourself. Doesn't this sound nice.

Infidelity, Loving Relationships and Returning Veterans
Are you currently in a close relationship, spending evenings and weekends together, sharing unique activities and intimate moments that are special to the two of you?
· Do you get upset when your partner spends an extra evening out or goes away for a weekend or a week without you?
· If either of you travels often for business, does that cause problems, upsets and conflicts in your relationship?
· When your partner is away from you for several days, a week, or a month, do you find yourself seeking companionship in the arms of someone else?
· Do you need and demand a lot of personal attention, emotional comforting, communication, understanding, hand-holding, support at family and business functions, regular sexual contact, assistance with child rearing, or just having someone else in your home with you?
If you answered "Yes" to any of the above questions, then you have probably never thought about this next question:
What would it be like for you to be in love with, involved with, and/or married to a soldier, a man or woman who is enlisted in the armed forces in the army, navy, marines, air force, or another venue? What if your partner was with you every day and you shared wonderful romantic days and nights, and then, suddenly, the letter came. "Report for overseas duty on the following date...."
How would you handle the situation? Would you make the most of every moment you have left together or would you begin to create stress - anger, mood swings, sadness, depression, anxiety - because of your own fear of separation? Would you focus on comforting the other person or would you be more concerned with your own fear of abandonment, loneliness or uncertainty?
Perhaps you are currently living with a soldier or you, yourself, are currently or have been deployed overseas. Perhaps your most intimate relationship has become shaky, difficult, fraught with anger and emotional imbalances, and you have been blaming yourself or blaming your partner. Perhaps you have already split up with that person you loved before the enforced separation.
The stress and strain of being an army spouse is not talked about much. There is ongoing and daily uncertainty when a beloved and needed partner is deployed overseas in a war torn environment with the possibility of being injured, captured, maimed or killed at any instant. Their letters might not convey the sensitivity that the person remaining at home expects. There may not be much verbal communication for a very long period of time.
The person fighting for this country or serving to assist injured soldiers might be seeing and experiencing some terrifying, horrific and unimaginable scenes. There might be someone right nearby sharing the same terrible moments. An affair might occur in a moment of severe emotional confusion, upset or trauma.
The person remaining at home may feel empty, scared, alone, and angry at having all the child rearing, family, or financial responsibilities. This person may share some emotional concerns with a fellow neighbor or colleague at work. An affair might occur in a moment of emotional pain, anxiety, stress, fear or just a sense of "What's the point?"
And then the soldier returns home. But this person returning home may be very different from that romantic, sensitive, kind person who left only a few short months or years ago. The kinds of traumatic events, the physical traumas and injuries, the excitement and life stopping exhilaration in the midst of terror, may now lead to anger, depression, brain injury, physical ailments, drug addiction and mental problems that can be extremely difficult for even the most caring spouse to handle. One or both may have gotten involved with another person, being unfaithful to the marital or commitment bonds.
If you are personally involved with a soldier or if you yourself are a returning soldier, just remember that there are resources available to help you cope with many of these seemingly insurmountable problems. There are marriage and family therapists specifically trained to understand and help you overcome barriers to recreating love. There are psychiatrists that can offer appropriate medications to calm the nerves or balance the brain chemistry. There are mental health counselors and psychologists to deal with emotional problems and mental concerns. And, there are body therapists and body oriented psychotherapists that can help you actually release traumatic memories that are stored in body tissues.
